🔄 Return & Refund Policy — Tribe Wellness

1. General Policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of our products, used personal care items (e.g., opened balms, oils, candles) are non-returnable.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
