📦 Tribe Wellness Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping speed.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Ground Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $80 within the continental U.S.

4. Sales Tax

  • In accordance with Texas state law, sales tax is applied to all taxable items shipped to Texas addresses.

  • Shipping and handling fees are considered part of the taxable sale and are subject to Texas sales tax.

5. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Tribe Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for resolution.

7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.

  • Unclaimed packages returned to us may be refunded minus shipping costs.
