1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected shipping speed.

Estimated delivery times:

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Ground Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available for orders over $80Â within the continental U.S.
4. Sales Tax

In accordance with Texas state law, sales tax is applied to all taxable items shipped to Texas addresses.

Shipping and handling fees are considered part of the taxable sale and are subject to Texas sales tax.
5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Tribe Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for resolution.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.

Unclaimed packages returned to us may be refunded minus shipping costs.
